This article provides brief information and a resolution to the issue when WHD hides the notes from the Problem ticket when viewing the notes of the Incident ticket, however the email updates for the Incident ticket shows the notes from the Parent ticket.
Regardless of "Show in linked child/incident" checkbox, all notes are visible in email updates and client UI.
