Issue:

Not all assets are synchronized when selecting an attribute for numbering in Web Help Desk (WHD).

Cause:

Assets are not included in synchronization if the attribute selected for numbering is empty. 

Resolution:

Select a numbering attribute that is filled out for all assets.
