How to send email to techs or clients in HTML format

Overview

This article describes how to ensure that email sent to clients or techs will be in HTML format. 

Environment

Web Help Desk 12.0 and later. 

Steps

  1. Log in to Web Help Desk as an administrator.
  2. Click Setup > E-Mail > Options.
  3. Under Outgoing Mail, select the Default to HTML checkbox.

  4. Click Save.
