How to disable automatic notifications sent to a client when a ticket is created or updated

Overview

This article provides the steps to follow to disable the E-Mail Notification sent to clients upon ticket creation or when updating a ticket. 

Environment

  • All WHD versions.

Steps

1. Log in to the Web Help Desk console then go to ( Setup > Tickets > Options ).
2. Set the 'Auto-Reply to Client' to Never.
3. Click Save.
