Error when adding a ticket note


When you add a note to a ticket, Web Help Desk generates the following error. 

We're sorry, an error occurred while attempting to add your note to Ticket ##:
Your update could not be processed because Ticket ## has been deleted.


All Web Help Desk versions


A second Web Help Desk instance is running in the same network segment. 


Remove the second Web Help Desk instance.
