The sample error screen shown below occurs on very rare occasions after you upgrade WHD from an older version, say from v11.2.0 to 12.0.
Even if you click Continue at the top of this exception error, nothing happens. However, if you open WHD instance in another browser window, it works.
WHD might have run out of memory and database connection could not be established. This makes WHD unresponsive.
Increase JVM memory.
You can change the memory settings by editing WebHelpDesk/ conf/whd.conf file’s MAXIMUM_MEMORY option. The default value is 512 MB.
