Overview

The following error occurs when approving Tickets via E-mail:

We're sorry, your E-Mail address was not recognized by the helpdesk, so your request for support could not be submitted

Environment

WHD versions 11.x  and 12.x

Cause 

The error occurs when there is a duplicate client account existing.

Resolution

1.  Go to WHD > Clients.

2. Search for Client Account filter with E-Mail Address.

3. If a duplicate does not exist, add a filter in your Search Inactive = Yes. 

4. Delete the duplicate inactive account.
