This article describes how to enable clients to re-open closed tickets.

All Web Help Desk versions

Steps

  1. Log in to Web Help Desk as an administrator. 
  2. Click Setup > Tickets > Status Types.
  3. Click Closed in the Status Type Name column.
  4. Click the Options tab. 
  5. Select the Clients Can Reopen Closed Tickets check box.
  6. Click Save.
