Overview

This article describes the issue when you receive the following error message when replying to a ticket to make an update: 

ERROR: Unable to find Ticket <ticket no.>

Environment

All versions of WHD

Cause 

This error message occur if there's another instance of WHD Server running with the same Incoming Mail Account.

Resolution

  1. Go to Setup > Email > Incoming Mail Accounts > choose your mail account.
  2. Disable the Incoming Mail Account.
  3. After disabling the Incoming Mail Account, try to send an email to the Incoming Mail Account.

Note: If the client received a reply with an an error message ERROR: Unable to find Ticket <ticket no.> this means that there's another instance of WHD Server running in your environment.
