Disable the Date condition in Advanced Search

Overview

This article describes how to disable the Date condition as shown below. 

 

Environment

WHD 12.3 and later

Steps

  1. Log in to Web Help Desk as an administrator. 
  2. Click Setup > General > Options.
  3. Set the Max Weeks of Data in Dashboard setting to Unlimited.
    This setting disables the condition from being added automatically.
  4. Click Save. 

This condition may impact the application performance, and will be used by all widgets and tech dashboards.
