Overview

This article describes how to disable Ticket Auto-Assignment in WebHelpDesk.

 

Steps

  1. In WebHelpDesk, navigate to Setup > Techs > Tech Groups.
  2. Select a Tech Group Name then click on the Tech Group Levels tab.
  3. Select a Level number under Level Column.
  4. At the Level Options > Auto-Assign Tickets To, select "None"
