Different client is displayed when switching to client interface

This article describes an issue where the client's portal page is not displayed or a different client information is displayed when the tech user switches from tech to client interface.


All WHD versions


This issue is caused by an incorrect client account associated with the tech user. 


  1. Go to Setup > Techs > [Tech account].
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Under Linked Client, go to Client Lookup and search for the tech's client account.
  4. Click Save.
