Configure client profiles

Overview

Clients can set or change attributes in their own profile while logged into the Web Help Desk Client Console. This article describes how to restrict clients from changing given attributes in their user profiles.

Steps

  1. Log in to the Web Help Desk Admin Console as an administrator. 
  2. Click Setup > Clients > Options.
  3. Under Client Permissions, select the fields that you want to be hidden, visible, editable, or required for the clients. 
  4. Click Save.
