Change a Web Help Desk ticket status using an iPhone/iPad application

Overview

This article describes how to change the status type of a Web Help Desk (WHD) ticket using an iPhone or iPad app.

Environment

All Web Help Desk versions using the Web Help Desk iOS and a valid Apple Push Notification Service (APNS) certificate

Steps

  1. Log into Web Help Desk using the iPhone/iPad app.
  2. Open a ticket that requires a status change. 
  3. Click Save.
    Additional options display on the screen. 
  4. Click the Status drop-down menu, select a status type, and then click Done.
  5. Click Save.
