The following error displays when clicking Backup Now in Web Help Desk Backup:
Backup command returned exit code 1:
pg_dump: [archiver (db)] connection to database "whd" failed: could not connect to server: Connection refused (0x0000274D/10061)
Is the server running on host "localhost" (::1) and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 5432?

1. Verify if the database is running on PostgreSQL Embedded.
