Assets are not assigned to a client display in a new ticket

Overview

This article describes how to resolve an issue where assets that are not assigned or do not belong to a selected client display under Assets Info. 

Environment

WHD 12.3.1

Steps

  1. Log in to Web Help Desk.
  2. Click Clients and verify that the correct asset is assigned or reflected in your profile.
  3. Click Assets and verify that the correct asset is assigned or reflected in your profile. 
  4. Click Setup > Tickets > Options.
  5. Under Client Options, deselect Include Room Assets in Client Asset List. 
  6. Click Save.
