This article describes how to add a login message to the Web Help Desk Login page.


Web Help Desk version 12.3.


  1. Log in to Web Help Desk as an administrator.
  2. Click Setup > General > Authentication.
  3. Select the Show Login Message checkbox.
  4. Enter the required text into the Login Message field.
  5. Click Save.
