Overview

The VNQM logs are taking a lot of space on the Orion server.

Environment

VNQM 4.2 and later

Cause 

The is caused by the default logging level for VNQM logs that is set to VERBOSE.

Resolution

  1. Click Start > SolarWinds Orion > Documentation & Support > Log Adjuster.
  2. Select the VoIP & Network Quality Manager section.
  3. Change logging levels to the lower level [INFO / WARN / ERROR].
  4. Click Apply.
  5. Click Close.
