VNQM is unable to show call data after a FTP server migration

Overview

VNQM does not show any call data after a FTP server migration. 

 

Environment

All VNQM versions

 

Cause 

Cisco Unfied Call Manager (CUCM) was updated to use the new FTP server.  VNQM has not been configured yet to pull call data from the new FTP server. 

Resolution

Edit the Call Managers in VNQM to use the new FTP server:

1. Go to Settings > VoIP and Quality Settings > Manage Call Manager Nodes.

2. Select each Call Manager > Edit Call Managers.

3. Modify the FTP details for the new FTP server.
