VNQM error: SLA Operation Path Undefined

This article provides a step by step guide on how to correct issue(s) concerning SLA Operation Path Undefined.


VNQM 4.2


This issue occurs when the Call Destination has no Location specified in VNQM.


To Modify SLA Location for this SLA Operation, follow the steps below:

  1. Click Settings > All Settings > VoIP & Quality Settings
  2. In the Manage IP SLA Operations section, click Edit Or Delete Operations
  3. Select the Operation you want to modify and click Add/Edit SLA Location
  4. Select the Origin Location or Cisco CallManager ID
  5. Select the Target Location or Cisco CallManager ID
  6. Click Save


IMPORTANT NOTE: You can also click the link underneath SLA Operation Path Undefined stating "Setup SLA Operations Now". Location Information should be configured in Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) Interface. If this is being managed only via CUCM, have a look why Call Destination doesn't have Location configured in your Call Manager.
