SolarWinds VoIP and Network Quality Manager uses Cisco IP SLA to collect network performance statistics without intruding on voice calls. These statistics include MOS, VoIP jitter, network latency, and packet loss, giving you detailed visibility into VoIP performance.

The following VoIP monitoring features are included:

  • Collect and analyze VoIP performance statistics, including MOS, VoIP jitter, network latency, packet loss, and other important VoIP QoS metrics
  • Facilitate capacity planning for existing multi-vendor VoIP deployments and measure voice quality in advance of new VoIP deployments
  • Monitor Cisco IP Telephony (IPT) operations with out-of-the-box support for Cisco CallManager
  • Monitor PRI trunk utilization of VoIP gateways
