Unable to add CUCMv11 to VNQM

Unable to add CUCM to VNQM. The SNMP Test fails with the following error message:


Selected node is invalid: Could not connect to XXX via SNMP. Verify that your SNMP credentials are correct.


  • VNQM 4.2.4 and earlier. 
  • CUCM version 11.x
  • CUCM 11.x is supported in VNQM 4.4 and later


This is because VNQM 4.2.4 and earlier versions do not support CUCM 11.x. These versions only support up to CUCM 10.x.


There are two options:

  • Downgrade CUCM to CUCM version 10.x.
  • Wait for VNQM to support CUCM 11.x. (VNQM 4.4)
