Overview

This article describes how to turn on the Cisco Call Manager SNMP service.

Environment

All VNQM versions

Steps

  1. Log on to your Cisco Unified Serviceability on the Call Manager Configuration Web Console.
  2. Go to the Tools tab and select Control Center - Feature Services.
  3. Select the corresponding server.
  4. Go to the Performance and Monitoring Services area and check whether the Cisco CallManager SNMP Service is started.
  5. If it is not the case, select the service.
  6. Click the Start button.
