Overview

This article provides brief steps to resolve the issue when the SNMP Service on a call manager is not running. 

Environment

All VNQM versions

Resolution

  1. Log on to your Cisco Unified Serviceability on the Call Manager Configuration Web Console.
  2. Go to the Tools tab and select Control Center - Feature Services.
  3. Select the corresponding server.
  4. Go to the Performance and Monitoring Services area and check whether the Cisco CallManager SNMP Service is started.
  5. If it is not the case, select the service.
  6. Click Start.
