After a recent upgrade, maintenance or reconfiguration of CCM, there is no CDR or CMR data polled.
- Verify the FTP location where the files are downloaded from.
- Verify the sequence number of the files of the following format: cdr|cmr_[clustername]_[clusterID]_[timestamp]_[sequencenumber].
- Compare the sequence numbers with the contents of the CDRSequenceNumberToDeleteFrom, CDRSequenceNumberToDownloadFrom, CMRSequenceNumberToDeleteFrom, and CMRSequenceNumberToDownloadFrom columns of the VoipCcmFtpConnectionInfo database table.
- If the numbers in the columns are higher than in the files, reset the numbers in the indicated columns to NULL or 0 in the VoipCCMFtpConnectionInfo database table.
