Registered phones appear as Unregistered

Table of contents

Overview

In VNQM, the phone is marked as Unregistered on the initial CallManager when it is moved from one Cisco CallManager to another.

Environment

VNQM 4.0 and later

Detail

Moving a phone from one CallManager to another deletes the initial CallManager and adds the second CallManager as Registered.

VNQM does not delete the data of the phone when it is moved from one CallManager to another.

Within VNQM, the phone is marked as Unregistered on the first CallManager and is registered on the current CallManager.

Both statuses are shown on the Orion Web Console with the relevant CallManager.

The phone is shown as Unregistered on the first CallManager.

The phone is shown as Registered on the second CallManager.
