Pull call statistics from gateways

You want to pull call statistics from the gateways.


To pull call statistics, use the following command set:


  • show isdn service: use this command to find out trunk port names and the number of channels.
  • show call active <voice|video|fax...> brief: use this command to get a list of active calls. All connections, identified by their LEG IDs, reported as using the "voice" option will be marked as voice. All other connections reported using different options will be marked as data if they were not previously marked as voice already.

Note: You can use the show call active ? command to find out the list of available options for this command.
