Operations data shows under a different view

Overview

This article provides steps to resolve the issue when Operations data shows under a different view. 

Environment

VNQM 4.0 and later

Cause 

The default view for the Operation has been changed. 

Resolution

  1. Navigate to Settings > Manage Accounts.
  2. Select the account you are using, and click Edit.
  3. Scroll down to VoIP and Network Quality Manager Settings.
  4. Check for the setting IP SLA Operations Details View. This is likely set to VoIP UDP Jitter Operation. Set it to Default.
  5. Click Save.

Verify that the issue is resolved.
