This article provides steps to resolve the issue when Operations data shows under a different view.
VNQM version 4.0 and later
The default view for the operation has been changed.
- Navigate to Settings > Manage Accounts.
- Select the account you are using and click Edit.
- Scroll down to VoIP and Network Quality Manager settings.
- Check for the setting IP SLA Operations Details View. This is likely set to VoIP UDP Jitter Operation. Set it to Default.
- Click Save.
Verify that the issue is resolved.
