New values are not reflected when searching VNQM for VoIP calls

Issue:

VNQM does not register the new values of VoIP quality metrics updated in the VoIP Configuration database table. The new values are not reflected when you search VNQM for VoIP calls. 

The issue affects the following quality metrics:

  • Moss

  • Latency

  • Jitter

  • Packet Loss 

Resolution:

Restart both Orion Services and IIS to ensure the values added in the VoIP Configuration table are picked up in VNQM.
