Min/Max/Avg graph of round trip time not appearing in IPSLA operation detail page

Overview

This article explains how to ensure that the resource views in IPSLA VNQM is in default settings. VNQM's IPSLA detailed views are tied specifically to individual types of IPSLA operation types. However, if an operation is forced to be brought up in the wrong IPSLA detailed view, then pertinent information for that operation could be missing.

Environment

  • All versions of VNQM

Steps

1. Log in to Orion Console and then go to All settings.
2. Click Manage accounts.
3. Select the account being used and click edit.
4. Scroll down at the bottom of the screen.
5. Expand VOIP AND NETWORK QUALITY MANAGER SETTINGS.
6. Make sure that IP SLA Operation Details view is on Default.
7. Click Submit.
8. Check if you will see RTT resource for ICMP based IPSLA operations.
