Overview

This article explains how to ensure that the resource views in IPSLA VNQM is in default settings.

Environment

  • All versions of VNQM

Steps

1. Log in to Orion Console and then go to All settings.
2. Click Manage accounts.
3. Select the account being used and click edit.
4. Scroll down at the bottom of the screen.
5. Expand VOIP AND NETWORK QUALITY MANAGER SETTINGS.
6. Make sure that IP SLA Operation Details view is on Default.
7. Click Submit.
8. Check if you will see RTT resource for ICMP based IPSLA operations.
