This article describes how to turn on the Cisco CallManager SNMP service.

All VNQM versions

Steps

  1. Log on to your Cisco Unified Serviceability on the CallManager Configuration Web Console.
  2. Go to the Tools tab and select Control Center - Feature Services.
  3. Select the corresponding server.
  4. Go to the Performance and Monitoring Services area and check whether the Cisco CallManager SNMP Service is started.
  5. If it is not the case, select the service.
  6. Click the Start button.
