This topic details what individual values for MOS, Jitter, Latency, and Packet Loss in the Search VoIP Calls results mean.
The results table on the Search VoIP Calls page shows two numbers for individual call quality indicators:
If a value is light red, it means that the warning level set in the database has been exceeded.
If a value is dark red, it means that the critical level set in the database has been exceeded.
You can also encounter the following values:
If you have a VNQM license that covers only a part of your phones, you can view data for a particular phone device only for certain time periods. For other time periods, the data is hidden to you and you can see the unlicensed value instead. This is due to the way call data are polled.
