PRI trunk percent utilization resource shows unknown data

Issue

Placed Calls and Received Calls percentages in the PRI Trunk Percent Utilization resource are inaccurate, the resource shows that the percentages are "Unknown".

Cause

Some polled active calls couldn't be mapped to appropriate trunks correctly.

Resolution

Upgrade to the latest revision of firmware. For more details, consult your device documentation.
