Incorrect number of registered phones on Cisco CallManager

Updated March 11th, 2016

Overview

VNQM is showing an incorrect number of registered phones on Cisco CallManager.

Environment

VNQM 4.x

Resolution

  1. Run an SNMP Walk (© 2010 Oracle, available at https://docs.oracle.com, obtained on April 4, 2017.) to the CallManager Clusters to get the OIDs polled.
  2. Take the total number of Registered, Rejected and UnRegistered.
  3. Contact Cisco to verify the number of registered phones.
