IP SLA capable notes are missing from the list of available nodes

Issue:

When you are adding nodes manually to VNQM, some IP SLA capable nodes do not appear in the list of available nodes.

Explanation:

Nodes that you had already imported to VNQM either by using the IP SLA node discovery wizard, or by adding them manually are not displayed in the list of available nodes.

If a node was renamed or its IP address changed, the database may still contain the outdated node information when the list of nodes is updated.

Resolution:

To resolve this issue, use the following SQL statement to refresh the VoipSites database table:

UPDATE VoipSites
SET IPAddress = Nodes.IP_Address,
  Name = Nodes.Caption
FROM Nodes
WHERE VoipSites.NodeID = Nodes.NodeID
