Overview

Exceeding the VNQM license limit triggers events after service restart.

Environment

VNQM version 4.x

Detail

It is a known issue in VNQM that any time there is a VNQM service restart, these events are triggered.

These events do not impact polling. If the events are triggered after a service restart, then they can be safely ignored.
