Cannot install VNQM 4.5 on additional polling engine or download file from primary polling engine

Attempting to upgrade VNQM 4.5 on an additional polling engine (APE) returns the following error in the installer logs:

  • VNQM 4.5


  1. Download the file manually using an internet browser with the URL given on the log files:
  2. Copy and update the files under c:\ProgramData\Solarwinds\Orion\Installers on the primary polling engine.
  3. Re-run the scalability installer on the additional polling engine.
    The installation should complete successfully.
