Call details do not appear after adding Call Manager Publisher

Call details are not shown in VNQM after adding the Call Manager Publisher, and the CDR files remain in the FTP folder.


Call Managers you want to process as CDR/CMR files have to be added to VNQM, irrespective of the publisher and subscriber.
