Issue with updated call quality parameter values

Issue:

When the values of VoIP quality metrics are updated in the VoIPConfig database table, VNQM does not pick up the new values when searching for VoIP calls.

The issue affects all call quality metrics: Moss, Latency, Jitter, and Packet Loss.

Resolution:

To make sure that the values you updated in the VoIPConfig table are picked up in VNQM, restart both Orion Services and IIS.
