Overview

VNQM is showing an incorrect number of registered phones on Cisco CallManager.

Environment

VNQM 4.x

Resolution

  1. Run an SNMP Walk to the CallManager Clusters to get the OIDs polled.
Note: For a list of supported CallManager versions, see Appendix D: Supported Versions of Cisco Unified Call Manager.
  2. Take the total number of Registered, Rejected and UnRegistered.
  3. Contact Cisco to verify the number of registered phones.
