Overview

This article provides steps on what to do when the IP SLA details view does not show the correction operation view and it defaults to UDP Jitter. 

Environment

VNQM version 4.x

Steps

1. Go to Settings -> All Settings -> Manage Accounts

2. Select account in question and Click Edit

3. Scroll to bottom of page and expand VoIP and Network Quality Manager Settings

4. Ensure IP SLA Operation Details View is set to Default

5. Click Submit
