IP SLA Operation Details View does not show MOS Resource

Overview

This article provides steps to resolve the issue when the Operations Detail view does not show operation specific resources (MOS, Jitter, Hops, etc...) and shows only the same, incorrect resources for all operation types regardless of whether the operation provides that resource or not.

Environment

VNQM version 4.x

Resolution

  1. Go to Settings > Manage Accounts.
  2. Edit the account that is providing the incorrect resources in the view.
  3. Go to the VoIP and Network Quality Manager Settings Section.
  4. Change the IP SLA Operation Details View to Default.
  5. Save the Account
  6. Go back to the Operations Details view.
