Overview

You are seeing a gap in some of your IPSLA Operations and your operations are running faster. 

Environment

NPM version 4.1 and later

Cause 

Due to the speed in which your device is running the Operation, the software cannot process each entry at the same pace.  

Resolution

  1. Slow the Operations down and set to a 5 minute default.
  2. Log in to the website. 
  3. Go to Setting > Voip & Quality Settings > Edit/Delete Operations.
  4. Check Operation desired and click Edit.
