Cisco CallManager cluster names can only contain alphanumeric characters

The cluster name of Cisco CallManagers may not contain any special characters. The cluster name can only consist of lowercase and uppercase alphanumeric characters: 0-9, a-z, and A-Z.

If the cluster name contains special characters, the polling of statistical data works correctly, but the CDR/CMR polling fails.

This article applies to all versions of VoIP and Network Quality Manager.
