Call Quality metrics showing as Unsupported.

Detail

This is due to the CM settings, if the Call Diagnostics Enabled CUCM parameter is not set, or is only for some types of calls.

Even if this is set, some calls will not have quality information.

  1. Only calls terminated by an IP phone or MGCP gateway on both ends will provide call quality metrics.
  2. If the calling or called party was an SIP Trunk or any other type of device, then it will display as unsupported.

  3. Also, any zero length calls (failed, busy, among others) will not have any call quality metrics information.
