Issue:

The CDR files are retrieved and processed as expected, but the call records are displayed with delay in VNQM.

Explanation:

This is the expected behavior. To verify that the call records are displayed properly in VNQM, consider the following:

  • The Cisco Call Manager has to be set up according to the local time zone of the call manager. This way you can make sure that the CDR data will be generated with the proper, UTC timestamp.
  • VNQM displays the time and date according to the time zone settings of the VNQM web server.
  • If you log in to VNQM from yet another location, you will see the call records according to the time zone of the VNQM web server, and not your own computer.
