Overview

Two VMan resources were duplicated. The resources are:

  • All Active Virtualization Alerts
  • Potential Virtualization Issues.

The duplicated versions would not render thus not showing any data. The following error is shown:

There was an error rendering...

Environment

VMAN version 6.2.1

Cause

Issue is caused when ports for VMan integration are defined as port 80.

Resolution

Change the port, in the websettings table, to port 443:

1. Find the setting and run the following query in the websettings table:

Select * where settingname like '%vman%'

2. Enable table editing and change Vman Port 80 to 443.

Note: Make sure the URL is http and not https for the VManWebsiteUrl.

3. Open a command prompt and reset IIS. Enter IISRESET.
