WebinarUpcoming Webinar: Know What’s Changed – with NEW Server Configuration Monitor

Change management in IT is critical. But, even with a good change management process, changes are too often not correctly tracked, if at all. The configuration of your servers and applications is a key factor in their performance, availability, and security. Many incidents can be tracked back to an authorized (and sometimes unauthorized) configuration change, whether to a system file, configuration file, or Windows® Registry entry. Join SolarWinds VP of product management Brandon Shopp to discover how the new SolarWinds® Server Configuration Monitor is designed to help you.

Virtualization Manager (VMAN) 7.0

VMAN 7.0 - Analyze the past. Fix the present. Prepare for the future.

VMAN monitors and reports metrics for VM resources actively in your Orion environment. Maintaining a small to large VM or hybrid environment requires reviewing mountains of data typically using native tools. VMAN integrated with the Orion Platform (via VIM 7.0) provides intensive metrics gathering and data breakdowns into dashboards and details pages to easily evaluate environments and react to issues. With VMAN, you can manage your sprawling VM environment through a single console using the Orion Web Console, with account management and direct VM tool capabilities.

This release includes a new recommendations feature with actionable intelligence to handle active and predictive issues. Learn more about the performance improvements and supported new features!

You can also compare VMAN 7.0 with previous releases of VMAN.

    Why Upgrade?
    • Recommendations (video)- Actionable intelligent resolutions for active and potential issues in your environment
    • Web based License Manager - Licensing for products directly within the Orion Web Console
Note: The VMAN appliance must still have the license activated through the appliance.
