After running a report, you are redirected to the Report Schedules page. This page displays the status of report jobs, and here you can also configure the reports to run them periodically.

  1. Click Reporting > Report Schedules.
  2. Select a report, and click Configure.
  3. Click Schedule, and set up the times, date, and recurrence of the report.

If you select Cron, enter the Cron expression in GMT to describe the recurrence interval.

  4. Click Notifications, and enter the email addresses where you want to send notifications about scheduled jobs. An SMTP server must be configured to send notifications. See Configure an SMTP server to enable the sending of reports and notifications.

You can enter multiple email addresses separated by a comma.

Remove scheduled reports

  1. Click Reporting > Report Schedules.
  2. In the Scheduled column, select a report, and click Remove.

Pause and resume scheduled reports

  1. Click Reporting > Report Schedules.
  2. In the Scheduled column, select a report, and click Pause.
  3. Click Resume to make the report active again.
