Use the capacity planning module to see when the virtual infrastructure will run out of resources. By using this module, you can plan when you will have to add new VMs to the infrastructure, and you can examine how new hardware will increase the capacity.

The information used by the capacity planner is drawn from you current environment and data sources.

Virtualization Manager uses only shared storage in capacity planning calculations.
